Our highly trained staff will take your project through all stages of production from data sortation through to personalisation then on to enclosing and postal collections. We have recently made a significant investment in a purpose built mailing line which is truly unique. The ‘Big Machine’ can put up to 18 items into mail packs C4 down to C6. We have specially adapted the machine so we can mechanically feed a range of non-standard and three dimensional items such as key rings, pens, coasters, seed packs, sachets, pin badges and much more. We can confidently say ‘if we can’t get into an envelope then no one can.’

What is a mailing house?
Mailing houses are where direct mail (printed documents) are prepared for posting in bulk any where around the country.
This can be in the form of a selection of printed documents from letters, leaflets, envelopes, brochures, and so much more.
The process involves printing variable data from a provided database onto a printed product of your choice, which is then passed onto a delivery partner such as Royal Mail.

Our purpose-built enclosing line can tackle mailings which other companies have to enclose by hand. It has been fitted with 12 standard hopper, batch feeder, shuttle feeder, pen / non standard item feeder and camera matching system. We make light work of some pretty tricky mailings and our charity clients love the reduced production times and cost efficiencies, full list of it’s capabilities include:
- Enclose up to 18 items
- Enclose non-standard items such as pens, keyrings, coasters, pin badges and note books!
- C6 to C4
- 2 or 3 way camera match
- Heavy / thick books – up to 20mm
